Let’s take it back to 2019. Tyshiana Johnson—then a junior at Kean University—was sitting in an entrepreneurship class when a simple question changed everything:

“What did you want to be as a kid? And what are you studying now?”

That question reignited a dream Tyshiana had buried. Through conversations with friends, family, and peers, she started reconnecting with her purpose. With their support and guidance, she found the resources to launch Love Every Flaw.

What began as a blog focused on embracing your "flaws" and offering emotional intelligence and beauty tips evolved into LEF Beauty—a brand dedicated to helping beauties feel confident in their authentic selves and giving them tools to continue the journey.
